How do I bring across a cap table I already have?
You record it. Add your stakeholders, then record each security the company has already issued — recording an existing instrument is on every plan, including Free, and does not generate a document or ask anyone to sign. Once the history is in, the fully diluted view is true and you can stop maintaining the spreadsheet. There is no bulk spreadsheet upload yet.
