Assemble the document, then take it to counsel
Pick your jurisdiction, fill in typed fields once, and BildrX assembles the draft. Which documents you are offered depends on where you incorporated.
Jurisdiction decides the set
The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Delaware, and England and Wales each offer their own documents. A Delaware board consent and an England-and-Wales written resolution are not the same instrument, and are not presented as one.
Typed fields, not find-and-replace
Parties, dates, and amounts are fields on the document. Fill them once and every clause that refers to them agrees.
Drafts, clearly marked
Every assembled document carries a draft notice and every template is badged pending legal review. Sections still awaiting counsel are marked in the text rather than left to look finished.

Can I sign a document BildrX assembles?
Not yet. The template library is pending legal review: assembled documents are marked draft, not for execution, and have not been reviewed for any jurisdiction. Use them to brief your counsel, not to close a round.
Is this legal advice?
No. For anything you intend to execute, involve your counsel, and invite them into BildrX to work on the documents directly.
